With whom do you work?
Men and women over 18 years of age.

Group therapy will periodically be offered and cover a range of specific topics.

What is psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy is “talk therapy.”

It is used to explore what’s troubling you and to learn skills to handle what’s going on.

What can I expect?
When you call or email, we will set up a 15-20 minute phone consultation to determine if I am the “right fit” for you as a therapist.

If we agree I am, you will receive an intake packet via email and we will schedule your first appointment.

If I am not right for you, I want to make sure you find someone who is, so I will assist you in finding a therapist who meets your needs.

Our first session will last for 50 minutes; we will get to know each other. The office is a safe space to openly talk about experiences, feelings, goals and life.

Together we develop insight into what’s going on and collaborate on a plan that supports your goals and needs. You are the expert on your life and the key to moving forward into a new season.

How much does each session cost?
Counseling Individual Session

  • Free initial 20-minute phone consultation
  • $75: 50-minute session
  • $150: 110-minute session
  • $300: Introductory package for first-time clients (includes five sessions)

Splankna & EMDR Session; Brain Spotting

  • Free: Initial 20-minute phone consultation
  • $100: 50-minute session
  • $190: 110-minute session
  • $400: Introductory package for first-time clients (includes five sessions)

Couples Splankna Session

  • Free: Initial 20-minute phone consultation
  • $125: 60-minute session
  • $180: 90-minute session
  • $250: 120-minute session
  • $500: Introductory offer for first time Splankna couples (includes five 60-minute sessions)

What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Zell, HSA, and PayPal.
Do you accept Insurance?

I accept the following insurances:

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations without a 24-hour notice will result in the client being charged in full for the missed session.
What are your office hours?

My hours are flexible and by appointment only

What brought you joy when you were younger?
I loved soccer and played until I was around 29 years old. I love most that I am still friends with those ladies. The joy and love that the people and the sport brought into my life I will always be grateful for.
Are you a Christian? Do you work with people who are not Christian?
Yes, I am a Christian.

And yes, I work with people from all spiritual backgrounds and faiths, and those with no belief system at all.
